Who can participate?

The 2021 summer school is technically the postponed edition of the 2020 summer school. This is why confirmed participants from 2020 will be given priority, if they want to participate in 2021.

In general, we invite all PhD-students and young researchers working on projects in Translation or Interpreting History to apply for this summer school. Applications from all countries, different disciplines and all stages of research are welcome. Interested MA students are welcome, if there are spots available.

Applicants should have a demonstrable interest in translation or interpreting historical issues and the contents of the summer school. Ideally, their PhD-projects or current research projects have a certain thematic connection to the summer school.
